You can delete your Virello AI account and personal data at any time. Here is exactly how it works:
How to request deletion
Send an email to alif01fiverr@gmail.com from the email address registered to your Virello AI account.
Subject line: "Delete my Virello AI account".
We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account record: email, name, language preferences, and login credentials.
Your content: posts, campaigns, scripts, captions, templates, and uploaded media.
Your app-activity events and saved items (e.g. wishlist).
What is retained
Transaction records (product, amount, currency, status, Play purchase reference) are retained as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. They contain no passwords and no directly identifying content beyond the purchase itself.
Aggregate, anonymized statistics (e.g. total user counts) that cannot identify you.
Google Play subscription note
Deleting your Virello AI account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Please cancel it separately in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to avoid future charges.
